These four days will change your perception of managing your family business
Post orientation, day 1 starts off with a welcome address from the program chair Mr. Ullas Kamath. After the welcome address, we dive straight into topics such as legacy and succession planning, the role of a CEO, risk management techniques, direct and indirect taxes, and the basics of HR.
Day two begins with a focus on the creative minds that influence consumer behavior – marketing, sales, and distribution dynamics are the topics of the afternoon, followed by the uses of software for expansion and scale, and big data/analytics which leads into a closing a session on e-commerce and the digital economy.
On day 3, we dive deep into finance with general principles of finance & accounting, followed by sessions from the investment and wealth management world, start-ups, and the role of private equity in company transformation. We end day 3 with an interesting view of the government’s role in business.
On day 4, our participants summarize their learnings and put them into perspective by relating them to their respective businesses, followed by a graduation ceremony and a gala dinner.
