K. Ullas Kamath is the Founder of UK&Co and is deeply driven by his passion to empower family-managed SMEs to grow and succeed, drawing on his rich expertise in business strategy, governance, and scaling enterprises.
As the former Joint Managing Director of Jyothy Labs Ltd., he played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a single-brand family enterprise into a ₹15,000+ crore FMCG powerhouse. His leadership has been widely recognized, earning him prestigious honors such as the All India CA Business Achiever Award and the CNBC Awaaz Best CEO Award (FMCG Category).
A lifelong learner, Mr. Kamath is a Chartered Accountant with degrees in M.Com, LLB, FCA, and ACS, a Global Master’s in Management from LSE, and executive credentials from Wharton and Harvard.
He currently serves on the boards of leading companies including Unicommerce, AceVector Snapdeal, Wonderla, Sami-Sabinsa, and Hangyo Ice Creams. Additionally, he is a Strategic Advisor to Invest Karnataka Forum (IKF) and Mentor for FICCI Karnataka State Council, contributing significantly to the advancement of business and entrepreneurship in India.
